Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation
The products being sold through the Website are educational materials that are for personal and non-commercial use. You may not distribute, publish, license, or sell any of the products or any part of them.
Purchase of License
Any products made available to purchase and download from the Website are the copyrighted work. When you purchase product, you are actually purchasing a license to use the product rather than purchasing the product itself.
Term of License
Depending on product, you purchase a license to use the product for a certain term: Quizzes/Topic Exams—7 days, Final Exam—14 days, and Quizess/Topic Exams + Final Exam—30 days from the moment of purchase. THE PRODUCTS ARE ACCESSIBLE WITHIN THE TERM OF LICENSE.
Product Downloads
Access to products is provided to you by sending the download link, immediately after purchase, to an email address that you provide at checkout process.
Required Account with Training Provider
All the products offered on the website are developed for respective training course providers. Training courses are not included. In order to be able to use the products, you are required to have an account with with a respective training provider.
Technical Requirements
In order for you to to be able to access and use the products, you must use a computer that meets the following requirements:
- Latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Explorer or Microsoft Edge Browser for Windows.
- Latest version of Acrobat Reader that can be downloaded at https://get.adobe.com/reader/.
- Access to a working email used when placing a purchase order.
The products can NOT be viewed on mobile devices running on iOS or Android operating systems.
Payments
We accept all major debit and credit cards—Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer and/or payment processing provider.
Refund Policy
DUE TO THE NATURE OF PRODUCTS THAT WE SELL, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS EXCEPT AS PROVIDED UNDER THE RESULTS GUARANTEE.
Results Guarantee
We guarantee that you’ll pass your quizzes and/or final exam with our products and our assistance or we will REFUND YOUR MONEY IN FULL. In order for us to provide you with the assistance under the guarantee, you may have to provide us with a temporary access to your online training course account. You are not eligible for the guarantee if you fail to provide us with the access within 3 business days of such request. If you will not have your quizzes and/or final tests passed with our assistance within the minimum time allowed by OSHA to complete your training course plus one business day after you provided us with the access to your training account, we will REFUND YOUR MONEY IN FULL IMMEDIATELY.

Our Liability
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR PARTNERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY OF AND LIABILITY OF OUR PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE PRODUCTS.
IN ALL CASES, WE AND OUR PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE.

The Terms of Sale may be changed at any time and without notice to you. The Terms Sale in force at the time you place your order will govern your purchase as the purchase contract between us. Governing Law
This agreement is construed, interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. All parts of this agreement apply to the maximum extent permitted by the relevant law; you may have greater rights in your jurisdiction of residence. If it is determined that we can’t enforce a part of this agreement as written, we may replace those terms with similar terms to the extent enforceable under the relevant law, but the rest of this agreement won’t change.
