State officials cited a White Marsh construction company for “willful violations” in a trench collapse that killed a Glen Burnie man in June. Kyle Hancock, 19, of Glen Burnie, worked to clear a clogged water line in Clifton Park when the trench walls gave way, killing him. Maryland job safety investigators are charging that mechanical contractor R.F. Warder committed willful, serious violations that contributed to the trench collapse.
