I'm not sure that the fighters count as employees. Also, I don't think OSHA is the ones who should be calling for this. Also, Also, there could totally be parts of the building that we can't see to the left and right, or in the back, which could make the stages fit some or all building and OSHA codes. For example, a medical building or first aid station.
now i'm reading the osha regulations for my own workplace
Not the hero that we deserved but defiantly the hero that we needed
For those wondering, if he counted each violation as a repeated violation, the total fine would be $170,335,512

@Julianne Bartlett Animal Crossing but the safety of the houses they are built in one night not only that they cost millions in US dollars talk about that.
Well, let's calculate repeated violations by days after the release of this game until the release of this video, which means 2 days and just going on that, we can say that totals $170,335,512 but to add to this, lets just say that each additional copy is a repeat violation (I'm going for this because each copy exists from one another, so I'm just gonna count these as separate instances). Let's calculate based on how many sales up until then, which, lets just act for the sake of argument that the sales trends were linear and the a consistent amount of sales would be had day to day, so we would divide the 3 million copies sold in the US by 11 days[1], and we get 272,727 copies sold per day, so lets multiply that by 2 days, which gives us 545,454 copies sold in the the time from the release of the game until the release of this video, in the US, because we want to count for strictly OSHA violations. With all of this in mind, that would mean multiplying the original 1,317 violations by 272,726 (-1 to count as a repeat outside of 1) for repeats, so that gives us 359,180,142 additional violations so times that by $129,336 and that gives us $46,454,922,800,000 and we multiply that by 2 to account for the amount day between the launch of the game and the video, which leaves us at $92,909,845,700,000 in violations in just two days, which is just that much more than the $90.2 trillion in all account accessible money in the world[2], and far more than the $87 million fine BP was given by OSHA in 2009 for occupational hazards[3].
