It is hard to find an accident that could not have been prevented.
Although it is often difficult to foresee every unsafe condition or potential hazard – training, constant vigilance and hazard awareness can prevent the vast majority of incidents and fatalities.
Carelessness, distractions, ignorance and unnecessary risk-taking will lead to accidents and injuries.
This safety training video outlines the two causes of most accidents and the human behaviors that make accidents happen. Understanding these causes and behaviors can help us reduce both the frequency and severity of accidents.

Brilliant, I've just started a career in HSE and this video sums it up beautifully.
Hey, cats cause accidents too! My cat loves to get right in the way of my walking all the time. Luckily I have the balance and footing of a mountain goat. Surprised he hasn't learned yet since I've kicked him pretty hard a few good times. Once right in the face lol. Humans aren't the only cause of accidents!
is the OSHA test really hard I'm about to take it in a few days

In my opinion, before we do a work we must know the difficult of that work and the dangerouse of that work. before we do any work we must trained properly.. Before we do the dangerouse work, we must ensure our safety fist..
Damn good video! Im sharing this at our Monday morning safety meeting.
Hello guys! I am from Brazil and I would like to ask you a question. Here in Brazil there is a profession called ( técnico de segurança do trabalho) A person in charge to prevente accidents at workplace . How do you guys call this profession in English ?
good video , nice share
Saftey Memos ..Your still calling them "accidents" there's no such thing as an "accident" they're more accurately called collisions, they are all 100% avoidable.Every one can be explained somehow, some way & is directly attributed to error or negligence on someones behalf & avoidable when it gets right down to it.I can say I've learned quite a bit from driving classes,3 in 30 years,to avoid ticket conviction, with the right instructor it's actually pretty interesting.
It's really priceless to share your know to others…..Asif Qamar
